# AI Agents - Minions

In Season 3, StarHeroes introduces a new gameplay feature: **AI-controlled Minions**.

Each player now commands their own Minion, resulting in multiple Minions actively participating in every match (for example, a 3v3 match includes 6 Minions in total). These Minions are automated agents guided by artificial intelligence, programmed to execute specific orders from their player's ship.

#### Minion Actions:

Minions autonomously perform one of three key actions:

1. **Healing** – Minions can actively restore health to their team's ships, enhancing sustainability during combat.
2. **Pushing Anomalies** – Minions can help strategically push anomalies and contribute to capturing objectives.
3. **Collecting Stardust Containers** – Minions can gather valuable Stardust resources, crucial for team upgrades and advantages.

#### Minion Characteristics:

* Minions **never attack players** directly.
* They are **slow-moving**, yet possess significant durability and resilience
* Minions can be destroyed, upon which their Stardust resources are distributed among opposing team members. After destruction, Minions respawn following a set death timer.
* **Laser weapon** have increased effectiveness against Minions, just like against anomalies.

Minions add a layer of strategic depth to gameplay, enabling players to make tactical choices based on Minion positioning, resource control, and battlefield objectives.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://wiki.starheroes.community/gameplay/ai-agents-minions.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
